2 ounces chicken breast  cut into squares
1 onion cut into squares
2 tsp satay paste
2 tsp oil
1 tsp rice wine
1/2 tsp suger
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp dark soy sauce


There's satay, and then there's chinese chicken satay! If you've never had the real stuff, then you'll fall in love with the succulent taste of this satay recipe. Even your kids will love it.

1st step Cut onion and chicken breast into squares. Mix the chicken breast with salt, dark soy sauce and marinate for 12 minutes.

2nd step Hot the wok with some oil, fried the onion for about 1 minute, then add the marinated chicken breast. Fried for about 1 minute and add the satay paste.

3rd step Add the rice wine and 1/2 tsp oyster sauce. Stir well then add some suger. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Serve it hot.
